The event will officially start on Friday, November 3rd, 2023, time to be determined, and will end on Sunday night, November 5th, 2023, time to be determined.

Traditionally, the event organization hosts a dance party on the Thursday before the festival, in a location near where the event will take place, open to the public attending the event, and to others. This party is not included in the FULL PASS and only some artists who are already in the area and wish to attend participate.

The detailed event schedule is traditionally released by the event organization about 45 days before the event.

Although the detailed event schedule is not yet released, we can inform that there will be registration activities and workshops in the afternoon of Friday, November 3rd, 2023.

The BBF Rio 2023 Full Pass includes access to international and national artist workshops held according to the detailed schedule to be announced at a later date, access to the 03 (three) scheduled parties (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and the shows of the singers Gaby Galan, Kewin Cosmos and Ricky Manuel, to be held at the parties according to the schedule.

“Pre-Party,” “After Party,” “warm-up” events or similar are NOT included in the FULL PASS.

Hotel accommodation, food, transportation, t-shirt, and other items are NOT included in the Brasil Bachata Festival FULL PASS.

They are additional parties with an average entry fee of around 50 reais, not mandatory and NOT INCLUDED in the FULL PASS, taking place between Thursday, November 2nd (national holiday), and Monday, November 6th, 2023.

The event will take place at Clube Militar da Lagoa, located at Rua Jardim Botânico, 391, Lagoa, Rio de Janeiro-RJ.

The Santos Dumond (SDU) and Galeão (GIG) airports, despite the distance difference, are both compatible and serve the event participants well.

The hotel network in the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro is one of the most extensive in the country. We suggest checking for accommodations on websites such as Airbnb, Booking, or Trivago, but we are not responsible for any transactions made with them.

There are local snack bars and restaurants, but we will also provide a complete schedule of other available locations.

The BBF is a unique and unforgettable experience and only sells FULL PASS, since 2017, in order to guarantee the customer’s comfort and interaction with the contracted artists. There are no exceptions.

If there is a force majeure event that prevents the event from taking place, the paid amount will automatically be transferred to the following year without any possibility of a refund.

If it is impossible for any artist to attend the event, the organization reserves the right, in individual cases or couples, to replace them with a similar artist/couple. In the case of a work partnership break-up and both continue to work, the organization will decide whether to hire only one accompanied or alone. However, if the situation that arises is within 30 days of the event, the organization is not obligated to replace any couple or artist.
